Local Area Access Plan

LOCAL AREA ACCESS PLANS- accessibility and public spaces Currently, the site has a lack of social amenities and the major land use being Residential, there was a need to provide the residents with the adequate amount of amenities. The proposed monorail in the CMP report is, would help in strengthening and also providing additional public spaces and help improving the connectivity and accessibility of the residential neighborhoods of the area. Along the designed stretch, the nullah that is defunct right now has been river trained and public spaces facilitating informal vendors and small market spaces have been designed. Access to the monorail has been created through several secondary roads going perpendicular from the stretch for easier accessibility and more porosity.
