Reviving maximum inactive spaces , dilapidated structures, barren land and interactive pockets of Kasba Peth in context to the built form and street typology for the people. The aim of this project was to see the streets and spaces of congregation and celebration and not merely mobility corridors where people ‘go through’ but dont ‘go to’ the street. An area which has a mojority of elderly and children needs to have open public spaces which cater to daily activities , interaction and spaces for expressing one’s self. The street is one of the major assets yet taken for granted open space that we all have.
