This portfolio was an opportunity to study the character of Naroda as an Urban Fringe. For the city of Ahmedabad, Naroda was an underutilized urban fringe that offered strong employment potentials in a highly demanded development sector. We are talking of a phenomenon that can single-handedly decide the economic development of cities in modern times, industrialization. In the works presented, the attempt has been to identify concepts, elements, attributes, phases and the phenomenon of Urban Fringe in part and whole. The post-analysis conclusion was my view on the area, it's present standing and future potentials.
