The city of Ahmedabad show similar character of cocktail, An urban cocktail which is a combination of culture (as main ingredient) along with other ingredients like infrastructure, land, built form, etc. These ingredients together make city functional.This study is an attempt to understand of the city of Ahmedabad and In order to do so, the city has been studied in fallowing manner:  1.Understand one precinct. 2.Understand the city by collectively analyzing other precincts of the city.
