In this project, the impacts of the implementation of Development Plans over the decades have been discussed with a focus on the recent demarcation of the Drive-in Road as a TOZ. A shift in the building trend of residential settlements has been witnessed post the year 2011. The change in Landuse status of the plots abutting the Drive-in Road has brought about changes in land value, densification of residential population, widening of roads, Metro Railway construction, changes in infrastructure as well as huge employment generation within the vicinity of the Drive-in Road.
