The project focuses on integrating urban planning and design together to manage green-field growth on the urban periphery by using innovative ways to use micro-level planning, development models and urban design tools. One of such model, Town Planning Scheme (TPS) with a methodology involving micro and macro market studies, existing situation analysis, a form-based approach for built form in the area, statutory planning context including the valuation for the development models.
