The site is located on the western side of SP ring road with largely agriculture land. We as a group of 3 conceptualized the master plan bearing in mind existing condition after site study. Town Planning scheme mechanism was the development model applied to realize the proposal. The entire TP process was worked out for one half of the site. This exercise gave me a through understanding of TPS process. For a greenfield site with many owners TPS is a good Land appropriation tool.  The appropriated land is used to provide Infrastructure like roads, amenities & greens.
