The project talks about developing a greenfield site using a development model called as Town planning scheme. The area is studied in detailed and a master plan for the area is being prepared to demonstrate the envisioned growth and form in the area. Later town planning mechanism also called as land pooling technique is being used to rearrange the area into a developable and organized one.
