The objective of this studio was to learn the development models and mechanisms to manage urban expansions through TP Schemes. We learnt to plan, taking existing natural features into consideration. We looked at the real estate market and price contours at the macro and micro level. We studied the upcoming developments in the surrounding areas and based our proposals on it. The regulations, for different zones, were written considering the realities of the market. We visualized the built form based on the regulations that we have written. We learnt to create a situation of equitable distribution, of infrastructure costs and increased values.
