The objective of the studio was to learn various development models to manage the Urban Growth in cities. The site given was situated in the east of Ahmedabad facing urban growth.  Planning was done keeping natural features, existing development, market trends, and DP Proposals into consideration. Regulations for the same was done keeping resulting built form in mind. The envisioned plan was implemented using TP Scheme Mechanism. Various steps of TP scheme, starting from Deduction policy to Valuation, were undertaken to appropriate and pool land in an equitable manner.
