Integrated Construction Practices aims to formulate a collaborative working environment for the construction industry to enhance and achieve efficient and in-time project delivery. It majorly focusses on introducing Building Information Modelling(BIM) as a tool for developing an integrated working platform which can eventually help towards the reduction of rework and other wastes observed during execution. Various simulations like Clash detection, 4D Simulation, Site simulation etc. have been carried out for achieving the aforementioned goals. Further to this, various Lean concepts like Pull planning, Last planner approach etc. have also been undertaken for increasing efficiency and waste reduction.
