The first half of the semester I learnt about day lighting and artificial lighting design. I learnt day lighting strategies and  simulations through LightStanza. Through exploration of light stanza I learnt the extent of daylight penetration possible in buildings through iterative design. The second part of the semester was an exercise to connect the dots of all the courses that were thought in the first three semesters. It was the Whole building integrated design exercise, where each student did ECBC compliance modelling for EBI building.
