This project represents the Quantity and Rate analysis of Brick masonry bench which is located at CEPT University canteen. It is exposed brick masonry bench with kota stone finish and for reference site photograph, plan, section are provided. In this quantity of earthwork, masonry work, P.C.C work, kota stone work are calculated and for that material cost, labour cost, tools and equipment cost, water and electricity cost, scaffolding cost, profit and overhead cost are also calculated and for all of this i have selected long wall - short wall method as it is suitable.
