The main focus of Studio II was to design an artist's residency for 11 artists at Aalloa Hills, Gujarat, considering the programmatic requirements and the prevailing site features. Programmatic requirements: Arrival lounge, Painting and Sculpting Studio, Exhibition space, Kitchen and Dining, 5 Single occupancy rooms, 3 double occupancy rooms, caretaker's residence.The exercise brief constituted a series of exercises which helped in a systematic design process.
