Urban Densification Project, Reimagining Gandhinagar

Located 23Km North of Ahmedabad, the planned capital of Gujarat has not seen major densification over a span of 50 years. In this context, the studio focuses on analysing the reason behind this and to initiate the spark of transformation through the development of Sector 11, which is named as the Civic Center of Gandhinagar. The intent was to rejuvenate the idea of 'public realm' of the place.
