Khadia ward comes under central zone of Ahmedabad and is being one of the oldest ward with dense population. There are pol houses and heritage monuments also activities like street vending, informal markets, wholesale markets have evolved since a decade. However there is need of managing and organizing street vending activities, which can be helpful for street vendors, people residing there and commuting population of the city. Proposal are based on Marking and space allocation for vendors, solid waste management and a continuous monitoring system for managing street vending activities, for solid waste management, system is prepared which can be helpful for segregation at source and a ward vending committee to manage street vending activities at ward level
