Starting with study of all services of municipal corporation provided to citizens and going in deep to small part of corporation, Sarkhej ward. Doing citizen survey and talking to municipal officials and councillors of ward we came out with six major services having scope of improvement. Solid waste was one of this; project contains detailed study of services. outcome:1.change in D2D collection vehicles route, 2.Material recovery centre for decentralised solid waste management treatment, 3. Material recovery centre to be managed by SHG(Self help group, to be created under NULM for urban poor people) & 4.  Financial analysis of all proposals.
