Rajkot Development Plan 2036

The Development Plan of a city plays a crucial role in guiding a development process which is likely to be conceived in the realm of both the urban and the rural scenario. In the development plan studio, the present context of the Rajkot is studied and according to the growth trends in the city, the probable scenarios along with the problems are built up and cases were structured accordingly. The development plan is being conceived with two overlapping layers i.e. Use-based zoning and Intensity-based zoning.
