Infrastructure is the fundamental facilities and systems serving an area necessary for its economy to function. Infrastructure has played a critical role in the development of cities over the last few decades. According to my understanding, Infrastructure helps a city shape itself and provide physical, social, economic and digital components to the urban form to help grow, develop and sustain itself and attract more investment to the city.
