The project consists of Construction of Five Elevated metro stations between Ranip and Motera region of Ahmedabad under Project Phase-1 of Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project. The studio work basically focused on the aspects of construction execution such as Planning and Scheduling, Quality Management, Safety Management, Equipment Management, etc. The studio also dealt with the use of Project Planning software Primavera P6. Along with the construction execution, project monitoring and control was also a part of this studio focusing on aspects such as cost control using Earned Value Management and Value Stream Mapping.
