The Construction Project- Execution, Monitoring and Control studio is intended to create an in-depth understanding of the Execution phase of the project - from the actual activities happening on site to all the back-office planning and monitoring that goes into ensuring those activities are executed according to the stipulated time and schedule, and also as per the required quality and safety standards.For this Studio, the study project undertaken by our group is - Shivalik Shilp - II, a proposed thirteen storey commercial complex with premium showroom and offices, currently at the construction of the second basement level.
