PORTAL OF NATURE

A Park is an institution that maintains a collection of plants, different activities and sharing knowledge for the purpose of public education, awareness and enjoyment in addition to research, conservation and higher learning. 
Within the organism of a city, a park act as a contrasting entity as “nature” within the city. A park defines the community and places, whether they be neighbourhood, regional destination, or urban parks. A Park that encourages outdoor activity and social communication is a community asset that could potentially contribute to the health of local residents and social harmony of the community. 
From an aesthetic perspective, they artfully meld architecture and horticulture into original, inventive and inspiring visual concepts. Form a practical perspective, they are central to the well-being of community and its citizens, encouraging active living, awareness to the nature and proving a crucial connection to nature. 
These project renovate elementary playground into innovative play and learning space. A Park will help student learn through play. Each space has design and layout based around unique learning theme. These space are valuable to the school and the students that use them, they also create bridge between the school and the surrounding neighbourhood community. The Park have designed to become valuable public spaces and an integral part of the fabric of neighbourhood and community life. 

The intent of the program is to create an experiential trail with various pause and activity points focussing on educational and awareness. It will include space like Rock Garden, Meditation Space, Nursery, Plant exhibits Space, Natural dye Garden, Medicinal Plant garden, Butterfly garden, Cafeteria, Children play area, Small Maidan, Lily Pond, Viewing deck and Parking for Car, Bicycle and motorcycle parking.
