A public centre

"A public space is a social space that is generally open and accessible to people. Roads, pavements, public squares, parks etc. are typically considered as public spaces. To some extent, government or private buildings which are open to public, such as public libraries and performing arts centers are public spaces, although they tend to have restricted areas and greater limits upon use. Both type of spaces has a threshold. Just being a binary ,public and private spaces operate at a variety of scales that overlap and intersect ,creating a mosaic of spaces are degrees of access. rarely is a space either public or private, but is instead multi-layered and often disputed tangibly and intangibly.”
