The T.E.R.I Center at Veraval aims at promoting architecture with minimal carbon footprint and hence its architecture attempts in keeping up with the motto. The institute displays the use of fly ash bricks  from the nearby industrial area throughout its length and breadth and tries to incorporate passive techniques to keep its premises cool and well ventilated. Situated in a hot and humid climate, the campus is spread out allowing the spaces to breath whilst being connected through a central courtyard. One could catch the glimpse of the sun setting over the horizon of the Arabic sea in the evening!
