 The site lies in the outskirts of Veraval, Gujarat. It is a sloping land that meets the sea, which surrounds the place from three sides. The key concerns were the constant ventilation and the sea view
 The idea was to develop a pavilion-like structure which allows maximum ventilation. Splitting the building into multiple levels would allow the wind to pass through each part of the building and would also allow the spaces to get a panoramic view of the sea and the horizon.
