Gota is known for it’s stone industry. It is now being developed into a more residential sector so it is not unusual to see high-rise construction in the vicinity of the Gota Talav. The talav is surrounded by Gota Gam on the west and a small basti on the opposite end. The project aims to create a sense of belonging for the lake within the locals and forging various relationships which lead to manifestation of 'life'.
