WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE

The study was conducted in order to get an in-depth understanding of how various components of water supply and drainage plays a vital role in the effective and efficient management of a facility. User surveys and on-site measurements were performed using appropriate equipments which further were compared to standards and best practices to establish issues within the facility. A research was done in order to find the appropriate solutions to the issues in terms of cost-effectiveness, advantages disadvantages and future maintenance. Lastly, a one year FM plan was proposed which summarized the CAPEX, OPEX and maintenance cost of each proposal.
