The studio helps in understanding the redevelopment process and the related issues. Through the studio the we have to develop a financially feasible project (having right kind of product mix) for implementation. Then we have to develop a complete DPR which is ready for approval from various agencies. The studio will focus on all the aspects, permissions, approvals and feasibilities required prior to execution. The studio will focus on development of greenfield / redevelopment of few brownfield sites in Ahmedabad. The potential sites will be identified which offer variation in terms of predominant land use, location, accessibility and other character. The studio helps to go through the site potential analysis and define the requirements and possibilities at the site. Depending on the location and site potential, the studio will focus on program formulation and arrive on a product mix. Then to develop a financial feasibility of the project with preliminary design, including expected costs of implementation, phase wise surplus and IRR. Also to identify requirements for project finance as per the guidelines of financial institutions. Based on redevelopment potential at each location and the limitations due to existing policies, regulations and bye laws the studio will also explore the possible requirements and interventions required for re development at identified sites
