AIM: To explore the development opportunities for the land owners to derive substantial benefits by redeveloping the land parcel as per the micro market requirements and utilization of large land parcels that are not used to the optimal capacity. 
OBJECTIVE: 01.Develop a financially viable RE project with due understanding of macro and micro market conditions. 02.Understand the parameter for evaluation of land and carry out evaluation of identified plots 03.Understand and develop an implementable project cycles (Phase­ wise) after multiple iterations and the financial resources required at each stage. 04.Develop strategies for resource generation for project through variation in product and sales cycle. 05.Develop a comprehensive project proposal with project development strategies are not used to the optimal capacity.
