Redevelopment on Private land

Ahmadabad, being a city that is already spatially sprawling, there's a need for upgrading the existing stock. As the title suggests, the project is located n a private land in Isanpur which was chosen by a Land Potential Analysis. The major USP of the project is the Chandola Lake view. The existing typologies on the site includes Row houses (1434 HH), which are G, G+2 and G+3 buildings in dilapidated condition. Whereas  after studying the micro market and the survey from existing HH a product mix is proposed on the site with a feasibility analysis.
