There are different types of real estate project i.e. Slum Redevelopment, Mill land Development, Public land redevelopment (GHB), Private land redevelopment, Green field development and each one of them has their own pros and cons and also are suited based on the locality demand and availability of land and many more legality factor. First step includes the availability of land in Ahmadabad city to identify 10 sites across Ahmadabad of different type of real estate project. Second step, land potential analysis of potential sites.
