An attempt to design living spaces at quatre mile distances from a busy commercial i.e, the boulevard spine to the calm edge i.e, the central park with recreational and leisure spaces. The masterplan illustrates and offers a variety of housing types, urban nodes with public amenities, pedestrian and bicycle-friendly streets, mixed-use building typologies - transforming a 530 acre of land into an integrated community.
