An approach to connect Bopal to the city using TOD model

The study area maintains city-wide connectivity via BRTS running through it. It also has a transit-oriented zone on either side of the road up to 200m buffer of BRTS lane and RAH zone in the initial stretch from SP ring road. Despite enormous potential, the TOD model is not being followed and societies are unwilling to redevelop. UERP studio aims to reconsider micro-level planning of Bopal by means of a local area plan to provide a contextualized scheme which caters to the needs of the area.
