MP Nagar Local Area Planning project includes - Identifying and Studying various statutory and non-statutory micro level planning mechanisms for the smaller scale area of city. Further analyzing various approach to deliver plans by integrating multi-level disciplinary aspects.This includes all the layers for preparing a MP Nagar as LAP along with the proposals integrating various layers such as Zoning, Mobility Network, Multi-modal Integration and its projects, Slum Up-gradation, Water Rejuvenation, etc, along with implementation and mechanism of the plan and also one of the major planning aspect like place making.
