The Municipal Car-Park, as its name suggests, is a mixed-use parking building at CG Road. One often goes to parks which are known for certain specific attractions. Similarly, the Municipal Car-’Park’, other than being just a parking building, is also a “park” with cars as one of its major attractions -- they seem to become a part of the building facade. The structure also, through its play of dimensions, tries to create different experiences and tries to manipulate pedestrian as well as vehicular movement, in different scenarios.
