Airport - Domestic Terminal

The civil aviation industry of India is growing rapidly. Being the third-largest aviation market in the world, India is developing new airports and upgrading the underdeveloped/undeveloped existing airstrips as it aims at becoming the world's largest and most affordable aviation market. The project covers various aspects of feasibility studies and planning & development for the construction of a new domestic terminal at an existing airport. Few of the studies that were carried out for the project such as Project Brief, Location Analysis, Procurement Modalities, Work Breakdown Structure, Technical Analysis, Stakeholder Management and Techno-Economic Analysis are demonstrated briefly in this portfolio.
