The project deals with need of new terminal building in existing airport due to rise in the passenger numbers. The studio aim is to develop an understanding of planning and development stage of a domestic terminal building. The portfolio contains various studies like demand assessment which is important for deciding capacity, financial feasibility, cost breakdown structure, choosing by advantage, project controls and bid process management. The project will reduce the congestion on existing terminal and will cater the future passenger passing through this airport.
