The project addresses the need for a new terminal at the existing airport due to the increase in the number of passengers. The purpose of the study is to develop an understanding of the planning and development phase of a national terminal. The portfolio contains several studies such as project brief, technical analysis which is important for the decision regarding design capacity, risk management, bid process management of the tender process, target value design and MSP schedule. The project will reduce congestion at the existing terminal and serve future passengers transiting through this airport.
