Diamond Bourse is going to be one of the  largest diamond trading hub in the world. In this course - Construction Formulation and Appraisal, we have worked on Inception stage i.e, from understanding the need identification, organisation structure, projects scope, objective, feasibility studies to analysing location, demand, environmental factors, it also includes the study of financial and technical aspects, legal compliance, risk management, work breakdown structure, cost breakdown structure  at various phases as well as project scheduling and project controls, etc. Some of the topics are covered in this portfolio to give the brief idea of studio work.
