Greenfield expressway is an expressway that is constructed on greenfield land where there is no need to work within the constraints of existing buildings or infrastructure. The studio project is to develop an understanding of planning, and development stage of an expressway. This portfolio consists of project brief, financial model, environment impact assessment, cost breakdown structure, bid process management for consultant and concessionaire for the project.
