Industries and industrial parks are the backbone of any developing nation as they facilitate economic growth and regional development. The project objective was to determine the feasibility of such an industrial park in Gujarat. In the studio of Construction Formulation & Appraisal, various aspects of feasibility till the award of contract were studied. This portfolio covers the topics such as location analysis, environmental impact assessment, technical analysis, bid-process for consultants and target value design.
