Industrial Park is an area built for the purpose of industrial activities. The industrial park taken for the study facilitates the logistics and manufacturing activities of various ancillary and non-ancillary units. The formulation of the project took place under the initiative of Vibrant Gujarat. The study involved the analysis of location, demand assessment, work breakdown structure, cost breakdown structure, procurement modalities, stakeholder management, project compliance, choosing by advantage, financial analysis, technical analysis, bid process management, risk assessment, target value design, design brief and environmental impact assessment.
