Multi Modal Transportation Hub is a facility which provides integration of different modes of public transport facilitating seamless movement of people. The project is considered to be in inception stage. The studio is focused on assessment of the project with respect to its feasibility considering the demand, location, environmental impact and cash flows. It is also focused on the study of bid process management, stakeholder analysis, work breakdown structure and preparation of project schedule. The study is done in the perspective of client.
