This course introduces the fundamental theories of geographic information science and practices of a geographic information system, using study based methodology. The theme for the studio project is the ‘Swacch Bharat Abhiyaan’. Various geoprocessing tools and techniques have been used to identify and analyze the key components, which are an integral part of SWA activity in Khadia ward. The solution has been offered through the spatial and exploratory data analysis which could help the government to make their SWA activity more efficient in the Khadia ward.
