This course introduces the fundamental theories of GI Science and practices of a Geographic Information System, using study based methodology. The theme for the Studio Project is the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan’. The studio project focuses on one of its major aspects of solid waste management and involves analyzing the existing scenario in Asarwa ward through Geo spatial techniques. The emphasis is on understanding concepts in GIS ,Mapping and Pattern Analysis.
