The studio project undertaken by the group is a commercial Building spread over an area of 65000 sq.m. It includes the construction of two towers (A and B)each of 13 floors with 3 basements. The scope of the study for this project is 4th and 5th floor of tower A. The aspects of integrated construction practices are applied for the chosen scope. In terms of architectural, structural and MEPF model development, quantity takeoff, clash detection, 4D simulation, Last planner system was studied in detail and suitable proposals have also been suggested as a part of the study.
