The laboratory introduces the necessary concepts of lighting design, including natural daylighting, and evaluates design and technology through simulations and actual measurements of buildings. It combines model calibration, physical measurements, and data understanding, further integrating three semesters of study to explore interpretation of energy regulations, integrated design, in Whole Building Design exercise.
