Lodha - The Park, located in Worli, Mumbai is a luxurious highrise residential project.  A detailed study was done which covers different stages of projects from conceiving to commissioning. As it is a highrise structure, vertical safety is one of the major and crucial parts of the project. A detailed study has been done on the same. Apart from this, Project planning and scheduling, Labour management, Analysis of Climbing formwork, Important clauses of the contract, logistics etc for the project was done.
