The intervention is a system of entities supporting each other and coexisting. The intervention is of an art club, but the art club on its own is a weak programme, functionally and economically.  Most of the shopkeepers come from outside the pol, they could park their two-wheelers in the parking and pay a nominal fee, the support staff of the shops, as well as the residents of the pol, can rent cycles to go in and around the pol. The unauthorized tiffin service entity can be made legal by giving him a designated space and he can run his cafe, in turn, he gives rent to art club for its functioning.
