Living Places : The vaadi

Reflecting on how some places and organizations make us feel, capturing the life of Palodia, a small village on outskirts of Ahmedabad, and developing a vaadi for the village. The vaadi is a small gathering space for the people of Palodia with a pavilion, food forest and market. It is a place where people can sit, relax and celebrate small functions and festivals. It connects the village, its people and the lake.

Capturing the life of Palodia through lenses and phrases.

Translating images to lines feeling the emotion of that lens and then transforming lines to convey another emotion.

Wholeness: In an object that evokes the feeling of wholesomeness, making bowls and then finding wholeness in Palodia.

Based on the experience of wholeness, the living center is the place in Palodia that gives most of that feeling. Analyzing the living center and its degrees of life with most and least lively spots.
